This particular basement was flooded and completely damaged due to the water. We had to break concrete to introduce new piping to prevent flooding again and install 2 big sub pumps to prevent any further flooding. From there we have to re-do all the framing, drywall, base board, doors, texture, floor, paint, electrical, and a couple of floor boxes that actually worked as nightstands in the space and access points for our sub pumps.

Every project has its level of difficulty, and this was no exception, we encountered that the original concrete floor wasn’t leveled properly so there was a lot of concrete grinding to do, as any project again, we overcome all the obstacles and the final result was a beautiful finish basement and a very happy customer.
